You may continue to order as usual, just please be advised that you may incur duties to be paid on your end. Note on Untracked Lettermail Shipping:

If you select Untracked Lettermail as your method of shipping, please understand that The Paper Narwhal cannot guarantee nor track your package delivery. The Paper Narwhal is not responsible for and will not replace any missing Untracked Lettermail orders, as we have no way of locating the package once it's been shipped out on our end.

Please understand that this shipping option is provided as a courtesy to our customers (to make shipping more affordable). Once the package has been shipped, the responsibility of the package rests with the customer.

Customs, & Import Charges

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Paper Narwhal is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Processing Time

The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 days. Generally, we strive to have all orders shipped out within 7 days.

Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.
